Tejarat Atieh Kish Construction Company was registered in 5/27/2012 under No. 10056 with the title of “Jahan Atieh Shahre Kish Commerce Development Company” in Kish Bureau for Registering Non-Commercial Companies and Institutions for doing the following activities:
۱) Getting local and foreign banking facilities using credit lines as well as strong facilities in order to documentary credits, and extensive relationship with foreign credible banks and all guarantee finance and discount services.
۲-۱) Managerial and investment counseling
۲-۲) financial counseling with the goal of providing expert counseling services in the following contexts:
– Proving expert services and managerial and investment counseling to customers
– Investment and providing financial resources in form of consortia in high-level projects
– Local and foreign marketing network
۳) Exportation and importation including all permissible goods along with all related trade affairs and representation of foreign and local companies
۴) Conducting economic studies and investigations
At the outset of establishment the company started to work with three people, Mr. Khami, as chief managing director, Mr. Mohammad Reza Rajaie as deputy chief managing director, and Mr. Mahdizadeh as board member, and Mr. Ashrafi as CEO outside of managing board.
Eventually, based on the minutes of the Typical General Assembly in the form of extraordinary and extraordinary general assembly and managing board dated 8/4/2014, the following decisions were made and the company’s activity subject modified as follows:
Investment and all industrial, service, commercial, etc. projects, investment in all private and governmental sectors of share purchase, participation in other companies be it either local or foreign, through shares of new companies or buying shares of existing companies, holding cooperation contracts with all local and foreign real and legal persons, participation in all construction projects such as design and implementation monitoring, conducting economic studies and investigations and creating facilities related with production of materials and matters required for construction projects, buildings and roads construction, performing all construction and road making projects such as construction, maintenance, completing unfished buildings, and all urban and rural, free and special, commercial, economic and industrial projects, purchase, providing service, cooperation and delegation of possessions, machinery, holding auctions, tenders, and joint investment for construction projects, sale and other related services, holding contracts with legal and real persons regarding obtaining separate agenda, implementing the status of registered numbers on the ground and aerial maps, mapping, evaluation and timing of real estates, apartments, commercial places, industrial, agricultural, bureaucratic, residential spaces, gardens, green space, etc. of any type with any building and if necessary, determining rent and fee or by convincing official judiciary expert and other related subjects, holding auction or tender regarding delegation of lands belonging to organizations, institutes, real estate, offices, companies, banks, institutes, either public or nongovernmental public and other applicants, validation, brokering receipts and demands related to the subject, providing all services in subjects related to the activity and subject of the company as a result of the article in the charter were amended as stated and Mr. Said Nazari was elected CEO and in representation of Jahan Tejarat Shahr Atieh Corporation, as board member.

۱) Having required capability and experience in different registration fields such as separation, partitioning, getting ownership documents, identification and implementation of registered numbers on map and aerial maps and all related legal cases and other topics concerning real estates, etc.
۲) Holding auction and tender on delegation of buildings and organizational real estates, those of bureaus and companies, banks, institutions, financial institutes, and receipt of deferred bank demands, those of bureaus and other applicants.
۳) Holding contracts with real and legal persons regarding receipt of separated agenda, implementing registration numbers on land and aerial maps, evaluation and scheduling of lands, real estates, apartments, trade facilities, industrial, agricultural, bureaucratic, residential, etc. facilities, of any building and if necessary, determining rent and fee by the view of official court expert, and other topics concerning real estates.
